Recipe:
1. Boil and simmer any type of milk, I used semi skimmed milk - may be 500ml for 15 to 20 mins
2. Add 100gm sugar
3. Acd condensed milk half can ( nestle I used)
4 add grinded nuts, predominantly pistachio n some almonds n cashews
5 Add cardamom powder and any essence (I added a spoon of vanilla essence)
6. Simmer the milk for few more mins, so that it thickens.
7 switch off.. Cool it
8.
freeze it for 5 hours (use mold of your choice) we didn't have any..
Used only small stainless tumblers n kinnams n some art pot.
9 enjoy your kulfi
