INGREDIENTS:
Ponni rice-1 cup
Long grain rice-1 cup
Fennel seeds-1/2 tbsp
Urad dal-2 tbsp
Coconut-3 tbsp
Salt to taste
PROCEDURE:

Urad dal-2 tbsp
Coconut-3 tbsp
Salt to taste
PROCEDURE:
- Soak the above ingredients except coconut in water for 4-5 hours.
- Grind till smoothe.
- Pour in aapam pan and cook till done.
- Serve hot with sweetened coconut milk(coconut milk, cardamom powder and sweet) or coconut chutney.
