Madhu - Pulao

 - Ginger/Garlic

- Pudina

- Cilantro

- Green chillies

- Krambu, pattai, cardamom, Star Anise, Mace(half)

- Grind all of the above (raw)

 

Soak 2 cups for Basmati rice for 30 mins


2 teaspoons of Ghee + Oil for thalichuficiation


- Black jeera

- Bay leaf

- Add Onions and saute for 2 mins

- Add all veggies  + Paneer (4 + 1 cups) - and saute for few mins

- Then add ground paste - then saute for 2 mins

Add 2 cups of Basmati rice - Saute for 2 mins

3 teaspoons for salt to taste...

 Add 1:1 coconut milk - Pressure cook for 5 mins
