Onion tomato chutney version 2

Ingredients:

Onions- 1 big
Tomatoes- 2 small
Tamarind paste
Red chillies
Asafoetida

Procedure:

Grind all ingredients without frying to a smooth paste.

Then fry the gravy/paste in a pan till the raw taste disappears and it thickens.

Fry in sesame oil for added flavor.

Tips:

Try with small red onions.Amazing with soft fluffy idlies.
