Vegetables in Hot Garlic Sauce
Prep:
Mix 1tsp soy sauce , 2Tbsp red chilli sauce, 1Tbsp tomato ketchup, with 1C each (carrot, cauliflower, beans) , 1/4tsp salt,
In a Cookbot/ MagicPot, layer as below
L1: 2Tbsp sesame oil
L2: 1/4C chopped garlic cloves, 2 whole red chillies
L3: Spiced vegetables
MagicPot: 3W/ 5min on high.
CookBot: VEG mode >> Vent closed
Release
pressure. Mix in 1/4C each ( red capsicum, green capsicum, yellow
capsicum), 1/4C chopped spring onion, 1/2C water, 1tsp sesame oil.
Replace/ Supplement
Carrot/ Cauliflower/ Beans with your favourite vegetables/ seafood
Vegetables with sausages/ boneless meats
Red chilli sauce / soy sauce with your favourite sauce
Sesame oil with your favourite oil
Water with stock
Tips
Serve with rice/ noodles/ rotis
Spiced vegetables can be refrigerated for weeks
Cut cauliflower big and carrots thin to balance cooking times
